Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

3. Chalula Travel & Tour shall use information previously provided by you to perform our services and to among other things, process invoices, credit notes, statements and any other document related to the services.

1. Employees of Chalula Travel & Tour who are required to be informed of the personal information in order to attend to the services supplied and;
2. All third parties who may assist us in supplying the services.
5. We undertake not to disclose your personal information unless it is legally or contractually required to do so.
6. We agree to use all reasonable efforts to ensure your personal information in our possession is kept confidential, stored in a secure manner and processed in terms of POPI.
7. You hereby acknowledge and warrant that:
