Cape of Good Hope & African Penguins Boulder's Beach Private Tour Full Day
Explore the Cape of Good Hope and African Penguin beach encounter on this private tour. You will experience the dramatic coast of the Cape peninsula and the wonders it has to offer.
We will start our adventure in the historic and colourful district of Bo-Kaap. Our journey then takes us along the scenic Atlantic coastal road. Here we pass the pristine beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay with their azure blue waters. The formidable 12 Apostles Peaks hugs the road on one side, while sheer cliffs drop into the icy Atlantic Ocean on the other. It is clear to see the Cape peninsula offers magnificent scenery and biodiversity.
We arrive at the quaint fishing village of Hout Bay. Here you can visit Seal Island* or explore the craft market at the harbour.
Our tour continues over Chapmans Peak. Etched out of the mountainside, Chapman’s Peak offers amazing photo opportunities.
On to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve: home to magnificent varieties of fynbos. You can also spot various species of buck and birds. And you are almost guaranteed to see the Cape Mountain Zebra and Chacma baboons. Enjoy a stroll to the lighthouse for a better view of this magnificent coastline
Before stopping for lunch in Simonstown, we will visit Boulders Beach. Here you will be able to see (and photograph) the African Penguins in a natural environment.
After lunch, we will proceed to Muizenberg then go back to the City centre.
